Driver Terms of Service

These Driver Terms of Service supplement the general CURBZ Terms of Service and apply specifically to individuals who drive for CURBZ.

1. Independent contractor status

Drivers on the CURBZ platform are independent contractors, not employees of CURBZ. Drivers set their own schedule and choose which delivery jobs to accept.

2. Eligibility

Drivers must hold a valid driver license, maintain current vehicle registration and insurance, and pass a background check to remain active on the platform.

3. Vehicle & equipment

Drivers are responsible for providing and maintaining their own vehicle in safe operating condition, per our Safe Driving Policy.

4. Conduct

Drivers must follow the CURBZ Community Guidelines when interacting with customers and merchants.

5. Payment

Drivers are paid per completed delivery, based on the payout amount shown before accepting a job.

6. Termination

CURBZ may suspend or deactivate a driver account for violations of these terms, the Safe Driving Policy, or the Community Guidelines.
