To keep customers, merchants, and drivers safe, CURBZ does not transport hazardous, illegal, or otherwise restricted materials, including but not limited to:
- Flammable, explosive, or combustible materials (gasoline, propane, fireworks, ammunition, etc.)
- Corrosive, toxic, or otherwise hazardous chemicals
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Firearms and weapons
- Live animals
- Human or animal remains
- Perishable items requiring refrigeration, unless a refrigerated vehicle is arranged in advance
What if I'm not sure?
If you are unsure whether an item can be delivered, contact CURBZ support before booking. Drivers may refuse to transport any item they reasonably believe violates this policy.
This list is not exhaustive. CURBZ reserves the right to refuse any delivery request at its discretion.
